A Clear Canvas LLC is for…

the moments when who you have been is not who you need to be next — a new career or promotion, a return to work or a step away from it, retirement, coming home from service, a relationship that is changing shape. Different areas, same requirement: learning to manage yourself before anything on the outside can change.

That is where we start. Not with a calendar or a to-do list, but with how you actually operate — your patterns, your choices, your energy, your follow-through. You do not manage time. You manage yourself within it. Once that is clear, the plan follows: specific, measurable, and built to hold up once real life gets involved.

Meet Your Coach

Alishia Sylvester

I did not learn self-leadership from a textbook. I learned it leading people through pressure, uncertainty, and constant change. I had to be who I asked others to be. That taught me what leading myself requires. After two decades of service developing individuals and teams in the military, I moved into the private sector to continue this work with greater focus and autonomy. I lead the way I parent: with patience and close attention. I work with clients to build steady, practiced habits of self-leadership that hold up in their work, their families, and their daily lives.

I am not here to diagnose you or promise outcomes beyond what you put in. I'm here for focused attention, thoughtful guidance, and steady support — with the strategy, accountability, and follow-through to back it up.

How I can help:

- Organize your ideas into a practical, workable plan

- Break the habits getting in the way of your relationships

- Improve specific behaviors you have already identified

- Build confidence for the situations that make you uncomfortable

- Set boundaries that hold, without guilt or over-explaining yourself

- Move away from fitting yourself into spaces that keep you from being your most authentic self
